Update Sentinel HASP/LDK Run-time driver

To continue using your Gexcon tools after 9 December, your licence runtime must be version 10.0 or higher. Cloud licences will stop working if you do not update.

What you need to do

1. Check your current version

• Open a web browser on your computer.

• Go to   http://localhost:1947/_int_/diag.html

• Confirm that the Run-time version is 10.0 or higher. Refer to the snapshot below to see where this information is displayed. The Run-time version is highlighted by the red box and arrow.

2. If your version is below 10.0, please update it by downloading the appropriate package (Windows or Linux) from our customer support page.

3. Update your runtime software

Windows (GUI Setup)

• Extract the package

• Run and complete HASP_GUI_Setup.exe

• Navigate to http://localhost:1947/_int_/diag.html and verify that the installed version is 10.11 or higher
