The stationary equipment node in RISKCURVES represents a single point on a map where a loss of containment scenario is modelled, and risk analysis takes place. This point is defined by its geographical coordinates.
Defining stationary equipment
Add equipment
Right-click on the ‘‘Stationary equipment’’ node in the project tree.
Select <Add equipment> from the context menu.
Rename the new "Equipment" by pressing F2 or double-clicking the name string and providing a descriptive name.
Set location
The primary input for stationary equipment is its location or coordinate.
You can set the location by selecting it on a background map using the right mouse button.
Alternatively, coordinates can be entered manually in the active projection system.
Use the “Show release point” toolbar button to illustrate the location with a label and cross on the map
