Gas Fireball vs BLEVE Fireball
While both Gas Fireballs and BLEVE Fireballs involve the combustion of flammable substances that have been released instantaneously, the key difference lies in the chemical phase of the fuel involved. A Gas Fireball involves the combustion of a gaseous fuel. In contrast, a BLEVE (Boiling Liquid Expanding Vapour Explosion) fireball specifically results from the ignition of a pressurised liquefied flammable gas.
Damage effects from Fireballs include:
Blast wave
Propelling debris
Thermal effect
Dispersion of toxic combustion products
